# Digiflexx > Digiflexx is a Surat studio, founded and led by Keshav Agarwal, that brands overlooked businesses — then builds the software that runs them. Two layers: the Studio (brand identity, logos, visual systems, AI campaign imagery, launch-ready websites) for any business; and the Builder (automation, internal tools, AI features) gone deepest in one vertical — Surat's textile & fashion. Proven with JMS Studio (brand → global e-commerce, with workflow/inventory software in build) and Fabrary (a live fabric-library product on a mill floor). Open to any ambitious brand. Tagline: Build. Brand. Breakthrough. ## What we do - Brand identity: positioning, logo & wordmark, colour and type systems, brand guides - Visual systems: one consistent look across every touchpoint - AI campaign imagery: campaign-grade product and property visuals from simple phone photos — no studio day needed - Websites: launch-ready marketing and e-commerce sites, designed and built in-house - Software & automation: internal tools, workflow automation and AI features (search, matching, demand forecasting) that run a business — on systems it already owns, handed back runnable. Deepest in textile & fashion - Launch: everything a brand needs to go live and look the part - Search & AI discovery (SEO, AEO, GEO): every build ships a machine layer — JSON-LD structured data, an llms.txt brief, answer-shaped pages, AI-crawler-ready robots rules — so brands surface in Google and in AI assistants. Details: https://digiflexx.co/get-found ## Engagements Six things we do, taken singly or together — brand identity; websites; search & AI answers (SEO, AEO, GEO); AI imagery; AI that does the work (agents and automation pipelines); and software that runs the business (tools, dashboards, built on systems the client already owns and handed back runnable, no lock-in). Design gets us in the door; the build is where the account deepens. Every engagement is quoted to scope in INR; a short enquiry on the website takes minutes. ## Products - Juno (https://juno-9gn.pages.dev/) — a Digiflexx product: a wedding-invitation brand of our own, built as a repeatable product rather than one-off commissions. - Fabrary (https://digiflexx.co/fabrary) — a Digiflexx product: one app for textile exporters and mills who sell at trade fairs. A searchable fabric library (photograph, composition, GSM, width, structure), buyer enquiry capture with quantities and target prices, business-card scanning, sample stock and loan tracking by buyer name, follow-up tasks, a branded selection document, photo-based fabric match, AI garment visualisations (directional only — not photographs of production and not a dye standard), and an optional trade-fair kiosk. Works offline. Born inside Rungta International Textiles LLP (Surat) and in daily use there since 2026; Rungta ran their entire stand on it at Bharat Tex 2026, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi (July 2026). Sold and implemented by Digiflexx as isolated, white-labelled per-customer deployments. It is not an ERP and not a marketplace. - Parakh (https://digiflexx.co/parakh) — the internal software Digiflexx built for JMS Studio, in daily use: stock, sales and margin for a bridal label. Logs a sale in one typed line, tracks sell-through and dead stock per design and per vendor, separates retail from wholesale and repeat customers from first-time, and reports on the Indian financial year (1 April – 31 March). Runs entirely on the owner's own Mac in one encrypted file — no server, no account, no cloud copy, and Digiflexx cannot read it. Screenshots on the page use representative figures, not the client's real data. ## Proof - Full portfolio (filterable, every build live) — fifteen builds: one delivered client, twelve concept builds, two Digiflexx products: https://digiflexx.co/work - JMS Studio case study (problem → rebuild → results): https://digiflexx.co/work/jms - JMS Studio (https://jmsstudio.store) — real client, delivered. A 1981-founded couture house in Surat: we rebuilt the brand and e-commerce store and produced its AI campaign imagery. Result: 61,893 sessions in 12 months, customers in 25+ countries, organic with zero paid ads; peak month 8,337 sessions (Nov 2025). - Live concept builds — self-initiated studio work (not commissioned), each a fully explorable live site. Twelve in total: DAMAC Safa Gate (ultra-luxury residential, Dubai), Rajhans Kronis, Avadh Habitat, DMD Signus, Surana Downtown (Surat real estate), Mercedes-Benz Places Miami (branded residences), ALMA (hotel residences, Assagao, Goa — a fictional brand, invented rather than borrowed), TBH Studio (architecture, Cairo), Sujata Dynamix (product/D2C), Authentic — Aavya 4.0 (fashion collection showcase), Samvat Capital (boutique portfolio management, India — a fictional firm, invented rather than borrowed), Romp (kids' play & discovery club, Bengaluru). Those using real brand names do so to demonstrate capability and are not endorsed by those companies. ALMA and Samvat Capital are fictional throughout — invented brands, not real businesses; Samvat in particular is not a firm anyone can invest with. ## Who we're for Ambitious brands and founders in any sector who want standout creative — and businesses ready to run smarter once they look the part.
